Mix together
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Add slowly to the mixing bowl continuing to mix but at a
reduced speed.
Fold in the dry ingredients by hand with a rubber spatula
being careful not to over mix.
Don't worry about lumps in the batter, they are fine. When the dry ingredients are
almost incorporated, gently fold in 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Here's how mine looked ....
It's a good thing your delicious looking photos, don't add to my ever-increasing waistline and butt!
ReplyDeleteI usually give most of it away immediately, or freeze it because if it's lying around, I tend to pick. The people at Roger's office love it--he usually brings in treats at least once a week.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE to bake though!!
Love reading your blog Kathy! Keep it up the pictures and the backing ideas are great.

These look great! I just made a batch of banana chocolate chip. Yesterday I made a batch of blueberry (with sour cream and lemon). My baking doesn't last too long as there's 8 of us coming and going. I don't eat much of it as I am trying to stay gf. I suffer if I do:(
