I saw the recipe on a blog called "Once upon a Chef"....check it out for yourself---you won't be disappointed.
Here's how mine looked....
Cheers

I am from Gambo, NL, located on the east coast of Canada, in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean. My hometown of Gambo was once divided into three smaller communities, known as Middle Brook, Dark Cove & Gambo. I grew up in Dark Cove, and absolutely love to cook and bake, so I thought what better name could there be for my first blog than 'My Dark Cove Pantry'. Even though I now live in Flatrock, and now have a new pantry, it will always be 'My Dark Cove Pantry'.
They look delicious. Thanks for the tip!
ReplyDeleteThey are quite the muffins. Sue regularly does a bran muffin recipe. It's not as loaded as this, but it's good. I have tried making it a few times, but I struggle with it, so I leave it to her. She can do it blindfolded.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Sue will share her "Bran Muffin" recipe with me...I love trying other people's tried and true recipes!! :)
DeleteThose muffins looks awesome Kathleen! I like muffins for breakfast. I got the recipe and it is so nice when they include the nutrition info like this one did. We got rain here in our area of North Dakota and everyone is happy because the fields need the moisture. Have a wonderful week!
